All persons looking to begin work in the Temporary Traffic Management industry must attend this half day basic course before attending any further courses or working on live TTM works.
This course is available as a classroom-based course, or as an online course.
Online courses can be done from home or anywhere else. They can only be taken on a laptop or a desktop PC with a webcam. They cannot be taken on a phone or tablet; the online exam software will not work on mobile devices.
When choosing a date below it will state “ONLINE” for online courses.

TTMBC is the first training course you must attend as a person working in the Temporary Traffic Industry on live roadworks.
TTMBC provides a basic introduction to the industry for new starters.
On completion of this course learners will:

The pass mark is 75%
Certification lasts for 6 months only. You should attend the 12D T1/T2 course, 12C operative course, or the 12AB operative course between 3 and 6 months after attending this training course to keep your qualifications current and progress further.
For ALL ONLINE COURSES, it may take up to 48 hours for us to receive your official results from LANTRA.
