Employees and workers who are required to supervise other operatives installing/removing signing, lighting, & guarding equipment to direct traffic and pedestrians around work sites.
This course is available as a classroom based course only. Practical training and assessment elements of the course take place on a live road.
Learners should bring appropriate class 3 PPE, safety boots, & gloves with them.

WE DELIVER THIS COURSE OVER 2 DAYS TO ENSURE THAT THE DELEGATES RECIEVE THOROUGH TRAINING IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE COURSE.
ALL DELEGATES SHALL RECIEVE ADDITIONAL TRAINING ON MANUAL CONTROL OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS FOR PEAK FLOW & CONVOY OPERATIONS.

To provide delegates with the Knowledge and practical skills required to sign, light and guard street works and roadworks in line with the New Roads and Streetworks Act 1991, revised 2002 Code of Practice (NRSWA).
This course covers the setting out of traffic lights, signs, cones and barriers.
Lantra Awards shall provide a NEW Skills Card to those that successfully pass the end of course assessments.
